New Circuit Directions
- All CCT to NW ie RWY 06 a Left Hand circuit and RWY 24 a Right Hand circuit as per ERSA
Ø Membership joining fee $550.00 including GST
Ø
Membership fees- $220 per year including GST
Ø
Renewals - due 1st March each year.
Ø
A 12 month probation period is applicable to all new member applicants
during which time you are encouraged to participate in club activities.
Ø
During the probationary membership period you are unable to purchase a
hangar.
Ø
During the probationary membership period you are unable to nominate a
new member or be a referee
Ø
The $500.00 joining fee is refundable should the committee decide not to
grant permanent membership.
Ø
Payment- please include a cheque for the joining fee and first year’s
membership with this application.
Ø
Hangar Brokerage- A brokerage fee of $500 plus GST is payable to Berrima
District Aero Club by the purchaser on the transfer or sale of a hangar.
Ø
New aircraft locating to the field permanently: A one off (non
refundable) fee of $1000 plus GST applies
Ø
Aircraft based on field: A monthly fee of $110.00 plus GST is payable to
the club.
Ø
Fees for aircraft on the field temporarily: First week FOC then $45 per
week
Ø
Membership- by signing this form and subsequent acceptance of your
membership you agree to all the terms and conditions of membership set
out in the BDAC memorandum and articles of association as amended.
Ø
The Committee is authorised to consider alternative levels of membership
if appropriate in special circumstances.
Ø
All new membership applications are subject to the approval of the
committee.
